We are very pleased to announce that Fraud Line Whistleblowing Services has successfully implemented for the Hellenic Competition Commission the external reporting channel of Law no. 4990/2022, providing a secure, confidential and anonymous platform for reporting violations of EU competition law. At the same time, it implemented the internal channel for reporting by persons who, in the context of their work activities or cooperation with the Hellenic Competition Commission, obtained information on violations of EU law.
The system meets the latest information systems security and compliance standards, consolidating the Hellenic Competition Commission's commitment to transparency, integrity and protection of healthy competition in the Greek economy.
